Noteworthy lunch at altitude! Very nice environment and very kind staff (despite the fact that we were booked in the second shift and given the massive influx of people who were always smiling and kind). Very good and tasty food. I recommend booking in advance to avoid queues and with the reservation you access a menu that includes: starter, first course and dessert (drinks not included). If you decide to visit SkyWay you can't help but have lunch in this Bistro!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I never leave bad reviews but this was the single worst dining experience of my life and I eat out almost every day. Extremely rude service which went well beyond Germanic/Mountain people stoicism. Lecturing customers multiple times for a very minor confusion over table service and ordering is not the way to treat customers who have been polite and caused no issues. On top of this, the food was beyond terrible. I ate it coz I was hungry but it was clear that it has been scooped from a bain marie. The food was undercooked (the potatoes were hard) and it was lukewarm. I would expect much better food at an average cafe. Others have commented on racist staff so idk if that was a factor.

No doubt the restaurant offers views of surroundings that are hard to beat! But unfortunately we experienced very rude and RACIST behaviour from the people who worked there, particularly the old lady and the tall young guy on Dec 3 2023 morning shift! With our repeated request for menue, they completely ignored us and eventually said they need to serve other people as if we were not people in their eyes!! Such a shame!!! The management should reach them and help them learning how to be equal to all when you are serving.

Bistro with great potential given the location but the food is not up to par. You can enjoy the view even without necessarily having lunch here. The menu does not have a choice and therefore loses all the pretensions it wants to have as a restaurant. There is no possibility of having changes if there are intolerances or allergies. In summary, my expense was €39 for a dessert, a half course and a coffee. Personal advice stop elsewhere for lunch.
